Davenport and Quinones earn CCAC All-Conference honors
Chicago, IL - The Calumet College baseball team earned two Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference awards the conference announced on Monday.
Gabriel Quinones and Bubba Davenport were selected to the Second Team All-Conference for the Crimson Wave.
Davenport, a Junior, finished the season with the 9th best batting average in the CCAC, .367 with an on base percentage of .440 and slugging percentage of .505. Davenport had 40 hits, 7 doubles, a triple, and 2 home runs on the season with 16 RBIs and 13 walks.
Quinones, a Senior, hit .317 on the year with a .419 on base percentage and .516 slugging percentage. Quinones had 51 hits with 12 doubles, 7 triples, and 5 home runs on the year with 37 RBIs and 21 walks.
The Crimson Wave finished the season 16-32 overall and 11-18 in CCAC play.
