CCSJ Baseball signs Lake Central's Thuftedal

Whiting, IN – The Calumet College of St. Joseph baseball program have signed Tyler Thuftedal for the upcoming 2026-27 season.

Thuftedal, a 6'0 first baseman from Lake Central High School, said he chose CCSJ because, "it's close to home and had a great scholarship offer." He plans on majoring in Accounting at Calumet College and is looking forward to playing baseball and meeting new people.

At Lake Central High School, Thuftedal was a varsity letter winner.
