Abeyta signs with Crimson Wave Flag Football

Whiting, IN – The Calumet College of St. Joseph women's flag football program have signed Julissa Abeyta for the upcoming inaugural 2026-27 season.
Abeyta, a 5'3 quarterback from Morton High School, said she chose CCSJ because, "CCSJ is close to home with great benefits."
The East Chicago, Indiana native plans to major in physical therapy and said she's looking forward to experiencing college with some of her friends.
