CCSJ Men's Bowling signs Hobart's Kynan Krause
Whiting, IN – The Calumet College of St. Joseph men's bowling program have signed bowler Kynan Krause, from Hobart High School, for the upcoming 2025 season.
Krause, a right-handed bowler, plans on majoring in Business Administration and chose CCSJ because "I loved the atmosphere of the campus and the bowling team," Krause said. "I could really tell that it felt like a family. … I'm looking forward to getting a good education, and to also continue to learn more about the sport of bowling. I know it's going to be a lot of work, but I'm excited for what's next in my future."
While at Hobart, academically, Krause has maintained a 4.0 and been a part of the academic honor roll for the past four years. In 2024, he was named the Lakeshore USBC Bowler of the Year. In 2023, Krause was an Indiana High School state qualifier.
