The Crimson Wave Men's Soccer team hosted Lincoln College on Wednesday evening and were defeated 8-0. CCSJ played hard the first half of the match to keep up with Lincoln and kept the Lynx to only scoring 2 goals in the 1st period. At halftime, the Crimson Wave celebrated the final home game for three seniors, Fernando Montez de Oca, Brenden Melvin, and Jose Pacheco. The second half was when the Lynx were able to pull ahead of the Wave and score 6 goals and secure their 8-0 win over the Crimson Wave. Jose Molina had 8 saves on the night and Sergio Reyes took the only close shot for the Crimson Wave.
The CCSJ Men's Soccer team plays their next game at Olivet Nazarene University on Saturday, Oct. 30th at 2 PM.
