King signs with Crimson Wave Softball

New Lenox, IL – The Calumet College of St. Joseph softball program have signed Katie King to the incoming class for the 2026-27 season.

King, a 5'4 catcher/third baseman from Lincoln Way Central High School, plans on majoring in kinesiology and chose CCSJ because, "I love the atmosphere and all the individuals I've meet have been so welcoming!"

Come next year with the Crimson Wave, King said she's looking forward to meeting new people and moving forward within her athletic career.

At Lincoln Way Central High School, King was a four-year honor roll student athlete.
