CCSJ Cross Country signs Hammond's Arredondo
Hammond, IN – The Calumet College of St. Joseph cross country program has signed Ezbai Arredondo to the incoming class for the 2026-27 season.
Arredondo, a 5'7 distance runner from Hammond, Indiana, plans on majoring in Criminal Justice and chose CCSJ because, "it's close to home. I am excited to be a part of a nice team and work with others who intend to work as hard as me whether it is in sports or our studies."
At Hammond Central High School, Arredondo played soccer, became a member of the National Honor Society and was an honor roll student her junior and senior year.
Come next school year when she is with the Crimson Wave, Arredondo said she's looking forward to studying criminal justice and learning new things every day.
