Chicago, IL - The Calumet College Men’s Track team opened up the season at the Windy City Invitational hosted by Chicago State University. As the season begins, only a few athletes competed at the indoor meet but left their mark on the track.
Grace Dwyer and Deveyon Blacknell didn’t let their rankings dictate their mindset at Nationals. Instead, they used that as motivation and the duo left as All-Americans.
Crimson Wave men’s track and field runner Deveyon Blacknell proved he is one of the top runners in the CCAC this weekend. Blacknell won his signature events, the 100m and 200m sprints at the CCAC Conference Championships in Joliet, IL this weekend.
